The owners of Southwood have chosen to use the house for many charitable events. These events have hosted 125+ people and the house nicely accommodates. Dr. Bob kemp Hospice, the Children’s Hospice, AIDS Network, The Equestrian Association for the Disabled are among the charities. The house and gardens have also been featured in four Christmas Tours and three Garden Tours. After all, a house/home is meant to be shared.
